Hitting their mid-thirties and still uncertain about relationships, sex and love, CJ DeBarra launched into a quest for understanding.  Growing up in West Cork, Ireland, CJ knew they were ADHD, but its implications remained mysterious.  To write this book they drew on academic research, exploring the raw realities of heartbreak, love and sexuality, and delves in to the complexities of desire, intimacy and more. There is also a wider focus to this book: an exploration of the reasons why the diagnosis rates are so low for women, transgender and non-binary folk, why this matters, and why we should be demanding better healthcare.
