Larry Beckett is the author of Beat Poetry which discusses the work of Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Allen Ginsberg and many others. Tonight he will be performing Gregory Corso’s Bomb as well as from his own new collection Paul Bunyan. Larry is on tour in the UK. He was Tim Buckley’s lyricist until the singer’s death in 1975. These days he is increasingly known as a poet and a critic.
