223_laressa-dickey-roam Laressa Dickey is a writer based in Berlin. She’s the author of several chapbooks and the poetry collection Bottomland (Shearsman). Her second collection Roam (Shearsman) launches this month and Twang will be published by Backwaters Press in 2017. She says “Roam is really about and of the sensation of migration. Some tracking, tracing, and making record of, but lots of movement.”

Carol Rowntree Jones is a poet and writer based in Nottinghamshire.

She won the inaugural Overton Poetry Prize for her sequence This is not normal behaviour and, unusually, spent most of the summer down south, as resident poet with the Poetry School in Crossbones Memorial Garden in London and as poet in residence for the first South Downs Poetry Festival.

Admission for this event is £3 and refreshments will be available.

Booking is recommended. To attend this event, please RSVP to fiveleaves.bookshopevents@gmail.com
