140sNottingham Poetry Exchange – which specialises in contemporary and experimental poetry — continues with a big night featuring three readers:

Andrew Taylor’s new pamphlet is The 140s published by Leafe Press. His second full collection, March, was published by Shearsman in September 2017. He is a lecturer in English and Creative Writing at Nottingham Trent University.  www.andrewtaylorpoetry.com

Abigail Parry spent seven years as a toymaker before completing her doctoral thesis on wordplay. Her poems have been set to music, tipped onto London from a helicopter, translated into Spanish and Japanese, broadcast on BBC and RTÉ Radio, and widely published in journals and anthologies. Her first collection, Jinx, is published by Bloodaxe in 2018.

Katy Lewis Hood is a poet and researcher based in the Midlands. She is a founding editor of CUMULUS, a small print journal of experimental poetry and amberflora, an online magazine for eco and world poetry https://amberflora.com/. Her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Zarf, DATABLEED, Adjacent Pineapple, and Plumwood Mountain.
