Five Leaves is hosts the Nottingham Pagan Book Club, a reading group for those interested in Pagan literature, both modern and classical. The group is open to anyone who would like to discuss books from a pagan perspective, be they are long-time practicing pagans, or just curious about exploring that spirituality.

In May the book club will read The Poetic Edda, which is a collection of Norse mythology and has greatly influenced modern Northern Tradition paganism and Heathenism. The recommended translation is by Carolyne Larrington, as it is more accessible and accurate than some older translations, but attendees should feel free to read whichever translation they would like.

Copies of the book are available from Five Leaves, with a 15% in-store discount, but can also be borrowed from libraries or bought from other bookshops!
