Five Leaves Author Interviews – Paula Rawsthorne (online)

POSTPONED TILL THE NEW YEAR (sorry – blame Paula’s internet provider for dodgy service)

Paula Rawsthorne is a multi-award-winning author of young adult fiction. She has published four books: The Truth About Celia Frost (2011), Blood Tracks (2013), Shell (2018) and The New Boy (2019). She loves writing twisting, gripping, thought-provoking thrillers which, she hopes, get people reading and talking.

She is proud to be a writer in residence in a secondary school for the national literacy charity First Story, and she is also regularly invited into secondary schools around the UK to do author talks and workshops.  A big fan of school librarians and the great work they do to get students reading, she is patron of the East Midlands School Library Association.

Paula was born and brought up in Liverpool and now lives in Nottingham  with her husband and three children, who are all taller than her.

This interview is pre-recorded and will be released on our YouTube channel at 7pm on December 1st. Tune in then and join in the live chat, or watch any time afterwards at your leisure.
