A Building a Better World with Words online event in collaboration with Nottingham UNESCO City of Literature and Dublin UNESCO City of Literature.

Award-winning Irish authors Emilie Pine and Christine Dwyer Hickey join us online to read from and discuss their works in conversation with Deirdre O’Byrne from Five Leaves Bookshop and Alison Lyons, Director of Dublin UNESCO City of Literature.

You can watch live on Zoom or YouTube, and suggest questions for the authors (if you’re watching on Zoom). The event will be BSL-interpreted, and a subtitled recording will be published on the Five Leaves and NUCoL YouTube channels after the event.
