Giselle Leeb grew up in South Africa and lives in Nottingham. Her short stories have appeared in Ambit, Mslexia, Lady Churchill’s Rosebud Wristlet, Litro, Bare Fiction and elsewhere. In 2016, she was shortlisted for the Bridport Prize. She has recently become an assistant editor at Reckoning.
Alison Moore’s first novel, The Lighthouse, was shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize. Both The Lighthouse and her second novel, He Wants, were Observer Books of the Year. Her short fiction has been broadcast on BBC Radio 4 Extra and collected in The Pre-War House and Other Stories. Her most recent novel is Death and the Seaside.
Nicholas Royle is the author of First Novel (Vintage), as well as six earlier novels, and two short story collections, Mortality (Serpent’s Tail) and Ornithology (Confingo Publishing). He has edited twenty anthologies and is series editor of Best British Short Stories (Salt). Reader in Creative Writing at the Manchester Writing School, he also runs Nightjar Press.
Megan Taylor is the author of How We Were Lost (Flame Books), The Dawning (Weathervane Press) and The Lives of Ghosts (Weathervane Press), as well as a short story collection, The Woman Under the Ground (also Weathervane). She has had stories published in anthologies, including These Seven, published by Five Leaves, and Hic Dragones’ Into the Woods.
